About NICD: The Northern Indiana College Democrats is a consortium of College Democrat chapter members from the greater South Bend region and includes: University of Notre Dame, Indiana University South Bend, Saint Mary's College, Ivy-Tech Community College, and Bethel College. In February 2008 our organization held its inaugural winter fundraiser. Given the success of the fundraiser, we continued our efforts into the year's elections seasons and helped with several candidates campaigns who shared our values. The Northern Indiana College Democrats will act as gratis consultants into the 2010 general elections and will continue to work for Democrats to ensure a majority in the state legislature and congress.
